Displayed are the total sales revenue from the organic food sector in France between 2005 and 2024, combining all sales channels. The annual turnover for the market amounted to 1.56 billion euros in 2005, and it has been increasing generally constantly. 
Between 2019 and 2024, the consumption of organic products in France grew by more than one billion euros, reaching 13.02 billion euros, an increase of around nine percent compared to 2019.
