American business undergraduates have rated Google their dream employer, according to a survey conducted by Universum. 23.1% of them considered the Silicon Valley perk palace the ideal place to land their first job. That should come as little surprise - Google's reputation for benefits and its unique working environment have also led to it being ranked America's top employer by the nation's employees. The Walt Disney company is also seen as an attractive option by business students, with 19.4 percent considering it ideal. Apple completes the top three, picking up 13.9 percent of the vote.
