40 years after the release of the first Walkman, consumers are used to listening to music throughout the day, no matter if they’re at home, at work or somewhere in between. That’s according to the latest IFPI Music Consumer Insight Report, for which 19,000 people from 18 countries have been surveyed. The following chart shows where and when people typically listen to music.
