UK migration: The Brexit effect
Latest migration figures from the Office for National Statistics show a marked decline in net migration since the EU referendum last June. After rising steadily in the preceding months, UK immigration in June 2016 outweighed emigration by 336 thousand people. Since then, numbers have fallen every quarter to the most recent figure of 230 thousand. The government's net migration target of 100,000 is still a long way off though.

Do you think there will be more or less immigration into Britain after we leave the European Union, or will it make no difference?
